Frogmore is a real estate investment manager that offers investors solutions across non-listed vehicles, customized separate accounts, and through co-investment. Frogmore creates and enhances income-producing assets through active value creation and extensive knowledge of local markets. In November 2005, Frogmore launched its first co-mingled real estate fund, Frogmore Real Estate Partners L.P. (FREP I), and closed it with c£330m in investor commitments. Its successor fund (FREP II) closed in 2009 having raised c£195m. In 2015, Frogmore successfully closed its value-add fund (FREP III) at c£400m commitments globally. The most recent value-add fund (FREP IV) had a first close in October 2019 with to date £133m of commitments.
