Frost Brooks was founded by Miles Frost and Peter Brooks to manage their own capital and the capital of a select group of family offices interested in making small private equity investments in the UK. Frost Brooks invests £1-10m of growth, equity release or buyout capital in fast-growing, B2B technology businesses. As the partners invest their own capital in each transaction the firm's ethos is to be patient for excellent business models that can deliver an extraordinary return for all investors.
