Götz oversees PPRO’s finances, legal and compliance along with its licensing and adherence to regulatory requirements. With a strong back-ground in change management and M&A, Götz also is instrumental in building, facilitating and implementing mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs and divestments of PPRO Group across the world. These are designed to help PPRO as it expands into new markets. Götz joined PPRO in April 2019. Before that, he worked at BS PAYONE, where he served as CFO and played a substantial role in successfully concluding the joint venture between BS PAYONE and Ingenico. He holds a PhD in Physics and an MBA from INSEAD.
