Gan Siok Hoon

Siok Hoon, a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Science (Management) from Stanford University, USA. She joined Singtel Group in 1999 and has a wealth of experience garnered from various roles in finance, corporate strategy and consumer marketing. Notably, she has served as Optus’ Deputy Chief Financial Officer in Sydney, Australia, where she played a key role in driving financial discipline and reporting across the company. She has also been instrumental in leading and shaping the Singtel postpaid mobile business in Singapore. Siok Hoon was appointed Vice President, Retail & Channel Sales in April 2016 and is CEO of Telecom Equipment Private Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Singtel and a major retailer in the Telecommunications industry. In June 2018, she takes on additional portfolio of mobile marketing and now heads the Mobile Marketing & Sales Group.
