Gather Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm focused exclusively on the plant-based food ecosystem. We believe that investing in transformative founders of plant-based businesses will create valuable economic opportunities in addition to being one of the best things we can do to improve human health and the health of the planet. As an operator-investor fund, we aim to write relatively large checks and apply a highly-strategic, operations-focused approach to 3-4 select early-stage businesses per year across various sectors. The one core criterion we have is that each investment is supporting and encouraging an increase in healthy plant-based food consumption - because it's just better for you!
