Gautam is a former consulting Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM’s Global Business Services. He spent his consulting career focusing on assisting corporate leaders, across several industry verticals, drive technology enabled transformations of their customer relationships and their customer’s digital, mobile, and social experiences.
