Geoffrey Liang joined 407 ETR in 1999 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since April 2015. Mr. Liang has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and strategic investment advice. As the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Liang oversees all aspects of 407 ETR’s corporate financial needs and directs a team of staff that provides 407 ETR with cash management, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, collections, controls and commercial account services.
