George Branca joined American Capital in January 2012. Prior to joining American Capital, George held the position of President and CEO of Load Rite Trailers, Inc. George was hired to reduce expenses and improve profitability, while restructuring the organization and developing new products and channels for distribution. Prior to Load Rite, George had an independent consulting practice where he worked with several companies to develop and implement strategic initiatives, reduce costs and improve customer service, sales and profit margins. Also during this time, George served as President and/or CEO at two of American Capital’s portfolio companies (Warner Power, LLC and Aeriform Corp.). In 1997, George was at Cactus Integration Group (a start-up company providing integrated engineering, installation and product solutions for the telecommunications industry).
