In 2011, Mr. Rose founded Suffolk Ventures to serve as an investment vehicle in entertainment and technology companies. Since Suffolk Ventures was established, it has become an active player in seed stage and early stage investments in start up entities. The company holds a diversified portfolio of a dozen companies in various stages of growth. In addition to business interests, Mr. Rose also follows his long held interests in the effect of technology and entertainment on medical and social issues. In 2011, he started THE ROSE FAMILY FOUNDATION, a 501c3 charitable foundation committed to the exploration and promotion of the use of video game technology and know-how in education, medicine, and other areas of social impact. Current projects include ESCoNS – Entertainment Software and Cognitive Neurotherapeutics Society, researching the use of games in various areas of neuroscience and brain disease therapy; formation of The Rose Family Fellowships at the University of Southern Californ
