Georges Ralli is the Vice Chairman of the Boaard of Directors at Carrefour. Georges is also an Executive Chairman and Partner at IPF Partners. Georges has over 30 years of corporate finance, M&A and investment experience. Most recently he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Lazard LLC, Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors at Lazard European Investment Bank and Chairman of Lazard Frères Asset Management arm. Georges sits on various advisory boards of leading European blue-chip companies including Carrefour and Veolia.
