Jerry's entrepreneurial and managerial expertise allows him to serve as both an investor and mentor to portfolio companies. Prior to founding Rembrandt in 2004, Jerry served as Chairman of the board of directors of IKOS Systems, Inc. and served as its CEO from 1989 to 1995 taking the company public in 1991. Jerry was a founding member and General Partner of Trinity Ventures; a highly successful venture capital firm focused on investments in early-stage high technology companies. Before founding Trinity, Jerry was a founder and General Partner of Genesis Capital. Jerry also founded Millennium Systems, a manufacturer of microprocessor development systems, and served as its President and CEO.
