Gil Vassoly

Mr. Vassoly is responsible for portfolio company financial oversight and controls as well as leading financial due diligence activities. Prior to joining Gores, Mr. Vassoly held several financial management roles from 2003 to 2011 at KLA-Tencor Corporation, the world’s largest maker of yield management and process monitoring systems for the semiconductor industry. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Vassoly was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Manager. Mr. Vassoly currently serves on the Board of Directors of Big Strike and previously served on the Board of Directors of Scovill Fasteners. Mr Vassoly earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the College of Management, Israel.
