Giovanni Gerola

Giovanni has 20+ years of experience as manager in various functions of FMCG corporates, not-for-profit organizations and social enterprises. He is currently Director of EFTA (European Fair Trade Association) and, on behalf of Opes, Managing Director of Stichting OPINT as well as Supervisory Board member in Afripads BV. From 2013 till 2017 he managed the startup of Fondazione Opes as Investment Director. Previously he was Investment Manager in MicroVentures (today Credit Access Asia BV), COO in Consorzio Altromercato, marketing in Coca-Cola and Procter&Gamble. Giovanni graduated in Economics at Università degli studi di Brescia.
