GLI Finance Limited (AIM:GLIF) is a London-quoted finance business. We originate and invest in secured financing solutions for businesses, providing finance to small and medium sized companies in the US, UK and Europe. We aim to produce a stable and predictable sterling dividend and a double digit ROE, whilst at least preserving our capital value. The Company was admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc in August 2005, as T2 Income Fund Limited. Geoff Miller, now CEO of the company, joined the Board in 2009 and reshaped the business from an investment company invested in loans through a Collaterialised Loan Obligation (CLO) vehicle into a finance business in the period thereafter, through a series of corporate transactions.
