Founded in 2005, Global Leveraged Capital (GLC) is a private investment and advisory firm, focused on the middle market. We focus on two activities: GLC Investment Advisors and GLC Advisors & Co. GLC Investment Advisors is the investment arm of GLC, with approximately $500 million of assets under management. They focus primarily on the middle market, and invest debt and equity capital for leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions, recapitalizations and growth financings. They also are lead principal investors in distressed companies, where we can utilize their capital to play an active role in the restructuring process. They approach investing from a traditional merchant banking perspective, adding value with our experience, ideas and capital.
