Godfrey Sullivan

Godfrey Sullivan has served as a member of our board of directors since 2008 and Chairman since 2011. Sullivan previously served as our President and Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2015. From 2001 to 2007, Sullivan was with Hyperion Solutions Corporation, a performance management software company (acquired by Oracle Corporation), where he served in various executive roles, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of the board of directors from 2004 until 2007. Sullivan has served as a member of the board of directors of Citrix Systems, Inc., an enterprise software company, since 2005. Sullivan holds a B.B.A. from Baylor University.
