Ms Tang is a Director of Phillip Private Equity. She joined Phillip Private Equity as a Senior Investment Analyst in 1999. Ms Tang is actively involved in capital-raising, venture capital investing which include deal sourcing, deal evaluation, structuring, negotiations on investment terms, documentation and monitoring of investments.
