As an experienced operations and finance executive working with private equity backed biotech and tech companies, Grant has led numerous of them through growth and successful exits. He has acted as CFO/COO for several companies that have collectively raised over £100m from private equity sources, both HNWI and venture capital; companies include NRG Therapeutics, Auspherix, Inotec AMD, Cronto & Azea Networks. Grant has experience of building finance & operation functions from scratch and works to build and deliver the business and development plans with the management team, board of directors and investors. Grant trained as an accountant in South Africa and is a chartered member of the Securities Institute.
