Mr. Carper is a Vice President leading growth for Cyber and Enterprise IT Portfolio for SOSI. Mr. Carper joined SOSi LLC following the acquisition of STG in April 2018, where he was responsible for the same portfolio, joining STG in May 2017. Prior to STG, Mr. Carper served in diverse leadership roles leading growth, strategy, and business development at Engility – VP Business Development, at Mission Essential – Global Growth Officer, and at CACI- Senior Director DoD Business Development. Mr. Carper believes that growth is a team sport and that everyone in the organization is responsible for the success. He is well regarded for his leadership while with Mission Essential with recognition for developing a strategic growth plan taking Mission Essential from a single contract in the language translation services market into a more diversified portfolio of functional mission support services in direct support of the defense intelligence community. He was accountable for a B&P budget
