Gregory Kopchinsky

Gregory joined the Canaan organization as a General Partner in 1990. Previously, he was a Vice President at JP Morgan with principal responsibilities for private debt and equity financings. While at JP Morgan, Gregory played an important role in the formation of the Canaan organization. Earlier in his career, Gregory was an attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell specializing in complex financing transactions. Gregory holds an MBA and law degree from Columbia University and an MS degree in engineering from Kharkov Polytechnik Institute in the Ukraine.
