Guillermo Bron has served as Chairman of the Board and a director of United Pan Am Financial Corp. (UPFC) since April 1994, and as a director of Pan American Bank, FSB, a federally chartered savings association and former wholly owned subsidiary of UPFC, from 1994 until its dissolution in February 2005. Mr. Bron is a Managing Director of Acon Funds Management LLC, a private equity firm, and the Managing Member of PAFGP, LLC, the sole general partner of Pan American Financial, L.P.
