Guillermo Herrera-Valencia is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in both Latin America and Canada. He is the founder of the initiative w8time, a community-based service that transforms the wait experience. He also works with one of Canada’s TOP 25 startup: TouchBistro, as Manager of Customer Success In the latter, Guillermo, helped launch the LATAM division and continues to oversee Customer Success. Before that, Guillermo worked with major conglomerate eBay , in a similar capacity contributing for their brands Kijiji in Canada, Alamaula in Argentina and Gumtree in Australia. Guillermo is also a bilingual English/Spanish Public Address Announcer, Panel Moderator and MC having participated in both Toronto 2015 and recently Lima 2019 Panamerican games, as well as having his own national radio show in El Salvador, and hosting Hispanos en Canada. Today, Guillermo calls Toronto, Canada home where he lives with his wife and two cats.
