Guosheng Group is a state-owned large-scale investment holding and capital operation company. The group was established in April 2007 with a registered capital of 10 billion yuan. At the beginning of its establishment, the Group was the investment channel for the major industrial projects of the Shanghai Municipal Government. Its main function is to serve Shanghai.
