Guy Balan a Haitian-American, previously advised on over $2.5 billion of mergers and acquisitions while working with Oppenheimer and Co. in New York for over 5 years. Earlier, he worked at HD Supply as part of its mergers & acquisitions and strategic business development team, and as Product Manager at a financial software corporation leading the launch of a product serving the investment management community. Guy holds an MBA from New York University, an MA in Statistics from Columbia, and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts. He is also a CFA Level III candidate and is fluent in Haitian Creole, French, and English.
