H. Jack Miller is a seasoned expert in investment, commercial real estate and mortgage lending with over 36 years of experience in the investing business. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1962, Miller was diagnosed with dyslexia during his school years and attended Wyncote Academy, which specialized in teaching dyslexic children. He began his investing career at the age of 18 and had purchased up to 100 homes by the time he turned 21 Miller is the founder and president of Gelt Financial Corporation, a regional commercial and investment mortgage-banking firm that has lent over $1 billion to more than 10,000 small business owners and real estate investors since 1989. He also co-founded Sigma Funding, LLC, a portfolio equipment-leasing firm, and M Fabricant Fund Two, a private firm that purchased tax lines.
