Haichen Hu

About

Haichen Hu joined GSR Ventures in 2011, and focuses on investments in healthcare services, medical devices, and life sciences. Prior to GSR, Haichen worked at Hopu Investment Management Co., serving on its medical investment team and actively following the healthcare industry. She participated in investments involving an overseas real estate/healthcare conglomerate. Before Hopu, Haichen was a business analyst at McKinsey Greater China, where she gained deep consulting experience in market assessment, process improvement, and new business development in China. Her projects included market analysis of China’s pharmaceutical industry. Haichen received an MD degree in clinical medicine from Peking Union Medical College.
