Dr. Héctor Cárdenas, Co-founder of the Ergo Group, has been the President and CEO since 2007. He has over 17 years of experience in information systems design and implementation in the public sector. He specializes in public management with a particular emphasis on business process reengineering and the use of information technologies to improve the design and implementation of public policies and public service delivery. Héctor spearheaded the development of The Ergo Group's MētisBPM™ technology platform and has lead the implementation of most MētisBPM™ applications undertaken by the company. He has led the company’s technology consulting projects in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Héctor is a graduate of the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley, and of the École Nationale d’Administration in France.
