About

The Helsinki Innovation Services is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the University of Helsinki's and is responsible for technology transfer and research commercialisation activities at the University. Their goal is to identify and evaluate commercially viable research results and turn them into profitable spinouts or out-licensing opportunities. They are specialised in all business and innovation-related consulting from evaluation to funding and intellectual property protection to business planning. They provide guidance and services at all stages, as well as assistance in negotiations with customers and partners.
