Previously, Mr. Khatwani worked two years for AMP Capital Investors, a global investment manager, in the private equity investment team based in Mumbai, where he was responsible for the analysis and evaluation of all aspects of private equity investments; and for three years on the Project Finance and Principal Investments team of Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC) where he evaluated and managed Principal Equity and Leveraged Finance transactions in the Energy and Transport sectors.
