Hemanth J. Varghese is the Chief Strategy Officer of Viatris. He joined the company in April 2025. Hemanth is an accomplished healthcare leader with more than 20 years of strategy, operations and corporate development experience. He brings broad experience leading growth initiatives and strategic transformations in diversified multi-national healthcare companies. He has successfully completed more than 50 strategic business development, M&A and complex business transformation initiatives valued at more than $35 billion. Prior to joining Viatris, he was President and Chief Operating Officer at Venus Concept, an innovative global medical aesthetic technology company. Hemanth previously served as Senior Vice President, Strategy & Operations at HLS Therapeutics. He also held multiple roles at Endo International, including Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy and President, International Pharmaceuticals, several roles of increasing responsibility at Valeant Pharmace
