HH Ventures is the private equity arm of our Single Family Office (HH Family) headquartered in Singapore. Founded and supported by entrepreneurs that have started, failed and grown various companies across different regions and industries. We focus on Small- and Medium sized Enterprise Mergers & Acquisitions. We can purchase a minority (with preferred rights) or majority shareholding (through Owners Buy Out) followed by the injection of growth capital into the business. We tend to take an active role after acquisition and steer towards an exit within 5-7 years for all stakeholders.
