About

High Tech Rochester is a non-profit economic development organization driving growth in the Rochester/Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York through the Creation, Mentoring, and Incubation of high-tech startup businesses, and through advanced consulting services provided to small manufacturing firms through its NYSTAR-funded Regional Technology Development Center. HTR receives significant financial support from the New York State Office of Science, Technology and Innovation (NYSTAR®), New York's high-technology economic development agency, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP). HTR offers a variety of services targeted to start-up, growing and established firms in the Rochester / Finger Lakes region. For start-up and growing technology firms, HTR offers incubation and acceleration services through their technology business incubator, the Lennox Tech Enterprise Center (TEC), conveniently located in West Henrietta.
