Hiren Majmudar is Vice President of Intel Capital and the Managing Director of Intel Capital’s Platform Engineering Sector (PEG). Hiren leads a cross-functional team that drives strategic transactions ranging from Licensing, Equity Investments, M&A, and other external partnerships in the area of Semiconductor IP (Intellectual Properties) that help PEG to create market leading SOCs. Hiren has led a team that has identified unique technology partners for Intel and has built ecosystem partnership with 50+ IP companies to support Intel’s SOC development and launch efforts for Servers, Client, Mobile, IOT and Wearable markets. His team has also driven investments, licensing, and M & A projects over the years. For the past 20+ years, Hiren has held various engineering and business leadership roles in CPU Design, EDA, Software Development Tools, SOC Engineering, Technical Marketing, Licensing, and M&A. Hiren holds Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from State University of New York
