Huan Cheng, Vice President at Sequoia, focusing on healthcare investment. Prior to joining Sequoia in 2014, Mr. Cheng worked as an assistant vice president at Shenzhen Co-stone Venture Investment Management Company Limited, effectively leading the growth equity investment practice in healthcare sector. Mr. Cheng lead and/or participated in multiple healthcare investments, including pharmaceuticals, medical device, healthcare service and mobile health. Prior to Co-stone, Mr. Cheng worked as an investment analyst in healthcare sector for Suzhou Venture group. Prior, Mr. Cheng worked for Arisaig Partners, participated in managing a public equity portfolio investing in Great China consumer sector. Mr. Cheng obtained a Ph.D. degree in Experimental Pathology from Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Bioengineering from the University of Tokyo.
