Huang Xin

Huang Xin is an Executive Director of Yunfeng Financial Group. He is a Partner and a Member of the Investment Committee of Yunfeng Capital and a director of Jade Passion, the substantial shareholder of the Company. Mr. Xin was a Vice President of Shanghai Kaituo Capital Limited and Target Media Holdings Limited. Huang obtained a master of business administration degree from China Europe International Business School, the PRC in October 2011 and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fudan University, the PRC in July 1997.
