Based in New York, Hudson Capital Group Ventures is a private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market businesses within the leisure and hospitality industry. We provide growth and rescue capital to promising leisure and hospitality businesses with strong brand recognition and track records. Our goal is to provide our portfolio companies with more than just capital, to truly partner with these operators and utilize our expertise and network to add value to each company in our portfolio. We generally focus on acquiring minority equity stakes, but have capabilities for full/majority acquisitions as well as debt placements. The typical company we invest in will have between $1 million and $15 million in revenue.
