Hussein Al Baya is the Founder and Managing Partner of Wildcard Partners, a growth equity firm investing behind mission-driven founders building enduring companies across the software, financial services, and technology enabled sectors. Prior to founding Wildcard, Hussein worked at a number of investment firms, most recently as a Principal at the Blackstone Group and at Sageview Capital. He started his investing career as an Analyst in the Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs and as an Associate at Bain Capital. He also serves as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Co.
