Ian Cross is one of the Co-Managing Director of the Group and is based in The Netherlands with day to day responsibility for the European business. Ian was one of the first employees who joined the business and worked his way up from consultant level to become Co-Managing Director. Ian was one member of the team that helped to set up the European offices as the business expanded over the years. Ian brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the European operations of the business across the key sectors that we operate in. He has a vision of helping to continue to grow the business still further and cement its' reputation as one of the best recruitment consultancies in the world.
