IBT Management Corporation (IBTM) was established on 31 July 2000 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Industrial Bank of Taiwan (IBT). Our mission is to utilize our industry and financial expertise to assist early- to mid- stage high tech companies to grow and create their competitive edges. In addition, we are committed to maximizing returns for our fund investors through a prudent investment strategy. Based in Taipei, Taiwan, IBTM has been aggressively expanded its business arena geographically. It has established strategic alliances with several venture capitalists in America and Asia Pacific to facilitate deal sourcing and information gathering. Currently IBTM manages three venture capital funds, IBT Venture Co., Boston Life Science Venture Co. and IBT II Venture Capital Corporation With a total capital of NT$ 5.564 billions, the three funds have invested in over 100 enterprises.
