IFM Independent Fund Management AG was incorporated in 1996 as Liechtenstein's first bank-independent management company. It provides financial intermediaries with a neutral platform for the creation, management, and ongoing administration of investment funds domiciled in Liechtenstein as well as support to foreign funds for the distribution of their units in Liechtenstein. IFM Independent Fund Management AG is prudentially supervised by the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA) and holds a license as a management company pursuant to the Act on Certain Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITSA) as well as a license as an AIFM pursuant to the Act on the Management of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFMA). IFM Independent Fund Management AG is also a founding member of the Liechtenstein Investment Fund Association (LAFV).
