InCrowd focuses on investments in companies graduating from incubator, accelerator and university programs (e.g. tech transfer). Currently, we focus on investments in the Southeast. For angels, InCrowd makes it easy to invest in startups by handling all of the complicated stages of investing in startups. Deal screening, term negotiation and legal and tax document preparation are all handled for their investors.
