Ines Mertens

Ines has more than 8 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Valuation. She holds a Master in Business Administration obtained in UCL (Louvain-la-Neuve) specialized in Economics and Finance, and also participated in an exchange programme in the Barcelone University. She has worked for four years in the Deloitte Corporate Finance, where she acquired experience in business valuation and M&As. In 2006, Ines moved to California, where she worked for the Brenner Group, and after for Groco. These experiences allowed her to develop competences in company valuation, both on a practical and theorical point of view. Then we worked for several companies in Europe and in the United States. Ines has been working at every step of companies’ development, and in particular in the preliminary stage, thanks to professional experiences in the Silicon Valley. She became a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), and obtained the labeled statute of Accredited
