The Interbank Group based in Englewood, New Jersey, specializes in arranging development, venture, and participatory capital for international development projects. We have associations with more than 42 banks in all parts of the world, and have established working affiliations with trust companies, holding 6 trust accounts for the purposes of lending U.S. dollars. The Interbank Group is able to arrange most loans for as low as 5.5% to 8.5% per annum for a period of 5 years with extensions up to 20 years. All accepted applications are supported by collateral in the form of verifiable liquid assets, specifically stocks, bonds, treasury bills, precious metals, cash deposits, unencumbered property valued at 1.5 times the loan request and accompanied by 2 up-to-date appraisals, in place annuity contracts, and letters of credit from major world banks.
