A private investment pool actively seeking high quality investable projects in novel finance and investment services technologies, digital entertainment, products for online social interactions and online games industries. We consider projects at all stages starting with pre-seed and up into more mature levels of development. Our investors are private investment firms, family offices, high net-worth individuals and institutional asset managers. We do not raise funds from the general public. The fund is managed by Interstan Securities, LLC – an investment banking boutique, broker-dealer and fund manager established in the Kyrgyz Republic in 1993 which has grown to become a regionally important universal financial services firm.
