Iréna Florence Harris

Ms. Harris will be responsible for implementing a diversity, equity and inclusion policy in collaboration with the municipal services of Québec City. To achieve this, she will have, among other things, to evaluate certain practices and procedures of the municipal administration in terms of diversity in comparison with the best practices in the field. She will also act as a consultant to culturally diverse staff and organizations representing minorities.
