Isabel is focused on recruiting, assessing and finding key hires for Stripes portfolio companies. She works with the executive teams and board members to find talent who can fill out their teams and make an immediate impact. Prior to joining Stripes Group, Isabel was an Account Executive for IT Recruitment at Hudson Highland Group. Previously she worked for a private family in Melbourne, Australia as a Personal Assistant and Private Chef. Isabel has always had a passion for travel, cooking, anything outdoors and athletic. She’s very involved with The Foundation For Tomorrow, a non-profit that provides scholarships for African orphans in their home countries.
