After transitioning from engineering ships to engineering software, he has built a career across startups and tech teams where he specialized in scalable backend systems, real-time infrastructure, and intuitive mobile experiences. With a strong focus on solving problems that matter, Israel applies a CEO & CTO-level mindset to every product he touches, balancing speed, security, and sustainability. He is currently a Co-founder at Blupo, a peer-to-peer delivery platform using community mobility and intelligent routing to rethink logistics in Africa.
