Ivan started his career as an investment banker for Rothschild & Cie and Close Brothers, first as a financial analyst and then as an associate. He took part in several sales, acquisitions and mergers of listed or non-listed companies in various sectors (Gault et Frémont / LBO France, Leaf / CVC, Suez / Electrabel, Virgin Mobile / Télé 2, etc.). In 2010, he co-founded zegreenweb, an internet startup dedicated to ecology and sustainable development. He developed its main business lines (media, services, e-commerce) and raised money from private investors. He has worked for Newfund since 2013.
