J. Tomilson Hill is President and Chief Executive Officer of BAAM, a Vice Chairman of The Blackstone Group and a member of the Board of Directors of the general partner, Blackstone Group Management L.L.C. Mr. Hill previously served as Co-Head of the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Group before assuming his role as CEO of BAAM. In his current capacity, Mr. Hill is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the group, including investment management, client relationships, marketing, operations and administration. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Patria Investment Limited. He also serves as a member of Blackstone's Management and Executive Committees. Before joining Blackstone in 1993, Mr. Hill began his career at First Boston, later becoming one of the Co-Founders of its Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
