J Zac is an operator and investor with experience leading nimble ventures as well as managing 500+ person teams across go-to-market, engineering and product, as well as G&A. He is currently the President & Chief Product Officer of Lattice. J Zac also supports outstanding founders from 25+ startups backed by world-class investors (Accel, Caffeinated, Craft, Greylock, First Round, Index, Initialized, KPCB, Sequoia, USV) as an investor and advisor. Prior to Lattice, J Zac was GM and VP at Zenefits, where he built and quickly scaled the payroll business (to 75 people, 1,000+ customers) before leading companywide operations. He had previously co-founded and led Ceiba College Prep, a nonprofit public charter school that prepares historically disadvantaged students for college and life.
